Frequently Asked Questions

Please contact us directly if you cannot find an answer to your question.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards (subject to 3% service fee), checks, and cash.

We service and install all major brands, makes, and models. As a comprehensive HVAC company, we have quick access to parts and systems for timely replacements.

Hadley Heating & Air can register most HVAC equipment for you, but to ensure you receive the full benefits of your warranty, we strongly encourage you to register your system yourself within the first 90 days of closing or installation. This ensures the most accurate contact information and installation date are used, protecting your warranty from day one.

Where to find your equipment details:

To register, you’ll need the manufacturer, model, and serial numbers for each component:

  • Furnace / Air Handler: Metal label inside the front panel or on the side of the unit.
  • Condenser / Outdoor Unit: Label on the side or back, near the electrical disconnect.
  • Coil / Evaporator: Inside the air handler or furnace compartment on a metal label.

How to register:

  1. Gather your equipment details for all components.
  2. Register directly through the manufacturer to ensure your warranty reflects your exact information:

  • Carrier: https://productregistration.carrier.com/Public/Home?brand=carrier
  • Lennox: https://www.warrantyyourway.com/
  • Goodman: https://www.goodmanmfg.com/product-registration
  • Day & Night: https://www.dayandnightcomfort.com/en/us/product-registration-warranty/

If you prefer, Hadley Heating & Air can register for you, but confirmation is only sent if we have your contact information.

Tip: Registering your equipment yourself guarantees accurate dates and contact info, so you get the full warranty coverage and all manufacturer updates — don’t miss out!

Yes! Oklahoma Natural Gas (ONG) offers several rebates for homeowners and builders installing natural gas systems. For example, you may qualify for:

  • $550 for a 95%+ efficiency natural gas furnace or boiler
  • $1,950 for replacing an electric resistance furnace with a natural gas furnace
  • $1,950 for replacing an electric heat pump with a natural gas furnace and air conditioner
  • $2,500 for replacing an electric resistance furnace with a 95%+ efficiency natural gas furnace
  • $2,500 for replacing an electric heat pump with a 95%+ efficiency natural gas furnace and air conditioner

This is just one example of rebates available — there are many other incentives for electric systems and other energy-efficient upgrades, depending on your utility provider.

Homeowners should have their HVAC system serviced at least twice a year. This maintenance not only extends the system's lifespan but also helps lower repair costs and utility bills.

Seasonal maintenance agreements provide great value for several reasons. Regular upkeep ensures that everything runs efficiently, which helps reduce electricity bills and extends the lifespan of your equipment. Additionally, consistent maintenance is generally necessary to maintain your manufacturer’s warranty.
